Do 30 minutes a day. Or 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. That won't seem quite as taxing or time-consuming. Getting some exercise is better than nothing.

It is a matter of prioritization. Are YOU high on your list of priorities? Is your health? You must make yourself a priority to get in that regular workout.
References :
You will have to work this out.

Try to structure your schedule to allow exercise. Maybe the fitness club is the wrong approach. Could you participate in sports of some sort?

Doesn't have to be done every day. But you need to make time for it. Surely you have some days off. What about those days?
References :
the hardest thing isnt the workout, its finding the time to do the workout...give yourself at least two weeks to get a workout part of your routine...you know if you can workout in the am or pm...pick a time and stick to it..for 2-3 weeks..lets say 45 minutes every other day...once the three weeks have passed, it will be part of your routine..and you do know that the more you workout, the more energy you'll have....good luck..get moving!
References :
Monster energy drinks worked for me. I combined those with watching sports at the gym, w/ my favorite music in the headphones, w/ light workouts. For example, start out only running for 20 minutes, then crank it up. After a while, your body will get used to it. Every two months, increase your workout a tiny but. Go at least 3-5 days per week.
References :
I'm having trouble making time for the fitness club. What should I do?
I drive a taxi and I have work 24/7 if I choose. I get drained from driving and I don't feel very strong to go to the fitness club. If I spend time at the fitness club I start feeling drained to be driving. I start getting lazy and can't even do an hour of cardio workout, such as walking an hour every day. any thoughts or ideas?
